- Advisory support in planning and implementing investment projects, including support to enhance investment-readiness and access to finance for early-stage businesses, SMEs and scale-ups (e.g. training, mentoring and coaching services, accelerators and events)
- Financial structuring
- Advisory support to public and private promoters to establish investment platforms and blending facilities
- Capacity building services including support for intermediaries and non-financial intermediaries (e.g. eligibility, reporting, etc.) using InvestEU Fund resources
- Market development activities to support the development of project pipelines and the uptake of InvestEU financial products
