Buildit is a hardware-focused accelerator and early-stage investment programme that supports startups developing physical products and hardware-based solutions, including in areas such as IoT, robotics, manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0.
The programme is designed specifically for hardware startups which often face different challenges than software-only companies, such as prototyping, manufacturing, supply chains and longer development cycles. Buildit supports startups through structured acceleration programmes that combine investment, mentoring and hands-on support.
Based in Riga, Buildit provides selected startups with pre-seed and seed investment, as well as access to an international network of mentors, engineers, manufacturers and industry experts. The programme helps teams refine their product, develop a viable business model and prepare for market entry and further investment, with a strong focus on making hardware-based companies’ investment ready and scalable.
