Sociedad Española para la Transformación Tecnológica (SETT) is a public entity under the Ministry for Digital Transformation that co-invests in strategic technologies such as microelectronics, semiconductors, digital infrastructure, disruptive technologies and the audiovisual sector.

It manages over €16 billion through instruments like PERTE Chip, Fondo Next Tech and Spain Audiovisual Hub. SETT acts as a public co-investor alongside private funds and companies to accelerate Spain’s digital and technological transformation.
