To help municipal authorities address many of the linear problems they struggle with today, and make their cities more regenerative, resilient, livable and attractive to citizens and companies, the Circular City Centre (C3) was set-up within the EIB. This competence and resource centre aims to support EU cities in their circular economy transition.
